This coaching work is for anyone ready to make a change. So many of us feel exhausted, simply drained by the way that we are living our lives. If you're feeling inspired to try something new, let's explore what's possible! It is not always easy to face your resistance, to uncover what is not working, and to shift away from patterns that have defined you for most of your life. But, it can be deeply gratifying when you do find the courage to break through. When you begin to step into your own shoes and be the real you, you can start to awaken the freedom that comes with owning your truth.

This process focuses on identifying areas in your life where you feel stuck and aims to support you as you move past obstacles and align with your goals.

Sessions may explore a variety of topics including:

  • Building self-confidence

  • Establishing boundaries 

  • Navigating guilt and shame

  • Setting goals and navigating pathways to achieve them

  • Identifying fears that hold you back

  • Realigning yourself with your truth

  • Exploring tools to better understand and work with emotions

  • Breaking habitual patterns and creating new pathways that empower you

  • Learning about triggers and their impact on your daily life

  • Uncovering your needs and learning about how to meet them

  • Discovering your passion and your purpose in life

  • Learning about the mind-body connection  

  • Learning to gain awareness around emotions

  • Uncovering limiting beliefs that prevent growth

  • Working with your inner child to explore emotions and patterns

Sessions are 55 minutes.
