Lena Young is a life coach and author of two best-selling books in Taiwan. A Harvard graduate who has studied meditation and Buddhist studies since she was young, Lena pursues her passion for holistic health and healing with a rich background in the healing arts. Her certifications include Applied Positive Psychology Coaching (APPC), Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), a variety of energy healing practices including Reiki and Qigong, and various other natural healing systems. Lena is a RYT 500 yoga teacher, a LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, and a Body~Breath~Mind Practitioner, focusing on yoga and breathing for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. She co-founded the Energetic, Emotional, and Physical Rebalancing Technique (EEPRT) and works on rebalancing the spiritual, emotional, and physical system by using a variety of techniques that bring the body-mind-spirit back into a state of harmony.
Lena's publications include Transmuting Pain: Dissolving Pain that Holds Us Back from Our True Potential, Meditation: Science, Medicine, and Spirituality, A Practical Guide to Body-Mind Transformation, Harvard Unveiled, and seven children's books.
Lena’s work supports people as they journey to reconnect with their heart space. She believes that when we live our authentic truth, we can inspire and illuminate the world around us.
